BOC is a member of The Linde Group, a world-leading industrial gases and engineering company with more than 51,000 employees working in around 70 countries worldwide. Following the acquisition of BOC, the company achieves annual gases and engineering sales of around 12 billion euros. The strategy of The Linde Group is geared towards earnings-based growth and focuses on the expansion of its international business with forward-looking products and services.
As a technology-based company that thrives on innovation, BOC relies on professional engineering expertise for its competitive advantage. Our engineers play a key role at all levels of the organisation, from the running and maintenance of the Company's plant operations to the setting of corporate strategy.
On completing the four year scheme, candidates are expected to be capable of taking management responsibility and ready for CEng registration. The Scheme is flexible and suits both engineering management and technical specialist roles.
