BOC have specifically developed a 360 Degree Feedback system as part of the formal annual appraisal which each employee receives. The appraisal tool is directly linked to the ‘ACTS behavioural competencies’, which reflect our day-to-day work activities. Fully supported by your line manager, you invite your own internal business contacts to respond to a confidential ‘questionnaire’ created by the on-line HR Tool. These responses are then transferred into specific information areas to create your development plan.
This is a very successful way of comprehensively revealing how an employee has performed within their work environment and with the business relationships we develop.
This unique appraisal method shows what the individual thinks about their own strengths and weaknesses compared to the views of others and therefore assist in building a truly personal development plan.
