We offer many opportunities for career and personal development and on-the-job coaching and training; development projects and secondments; e-learning; as well as more traditional classroom-based training programmes are all part of a comprehensive portfolio of learning opportunities offered.
Our extensive programme of In-house training courses cover a variety of subjects from influencing styles, to time management or more specific job related training such as interviewing skills or finance for non financial managers. If an employee needs training or developing in an area not on the published list of training courses then alternatives are offered via external providers.
