PREVIOUS WORK HISTORY:
I have done a variety of operational and logistics roles during my career at BOC, ranging from Production Supervisor to Transport Manager, then Area Distribution Manager for the Midlands region. Transferred to the Bulk transport operations as PGS Area Transport Manager – Central. Following the recent business restructure I have been appointed to my present role.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
My current job accountabilities major on the safety of all employees; managing and fostering good employee relations, and Area cost control
THE MOST EXCITING THING ABOUT MY ROLE:
The most exciting thing about my role is it is dynamic, with no two days alike. I enjoying achieving stretch targets and having the autonomy to make significant business decisions

To a national transport or production operational role.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BOC?:
There are a number of things I like about BOC, people playing a major part of this. The culture of the company is one in which I thrive and I think I have proved that the self development opportunities are also there for those who want them.
