PREVIOUS WORK HISTORY:
My previous work history has mainly been in a call centre environment, specifically I worked as a Call Centre Operator/Team Leader with the Bernstein Group, for 11 years. I also worked at Chloride Batteries for a few months as a scheduler, scheduling engineers around the country and dealing with their sickness/holidays, reports etc

WHY DID I APPLY TO BOC:
I had previously worked for BOC when I was 16 and left to go nursing, I enjoyed working for BOC and knew the company had a good reputation

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main tasks in my current role are:
• Taking orders for cylinders for industrial, medical and Cryospeed customers
• Taking orders for equipment for industrial and medical customers
• Raising telequeries to various Departments when I feel it is appropriate eg sales opportunities, BOC Lifeline enquires, pricing issues etc
• Dealing with balloon gas promotions

THE MOST EXCITING THING ABOUT MY ROLE:
I enjoy learning new skills and there is always something different. It is an extremely busy environment, which I enjoy. I also have a Championship role which I enjoy

WHERE COULD YOU SEE YOUR CAREER GOING?:
At the moment I would like to stay in the Inbound Sales Department

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BOC?:
I enjoy the working environment and there are opportunities to move to other departments or to be promoted to team leader or manager roles, BOC actively encourages self development and development within BOC
