BOC Foundation

The BOC Foundation for the Environment to close.

The BOC Foundation for the Environment was established in 1990. Over the sixteen years of its existence it has supported over 140 environmental projects in the UK and with its partners invested considerably in excess of £10 million. Following the recent acquisition of BOC by The Linde Group it has been decided that no new projects will be undertaken and that the Foundation will close when it has fulfilled its commitments to projects it has already approved.

The Linde Group has a comprehensive social responsibility programme. Over the next few months it will review its support for environmental activities across all the countries where it operates.
