  • Nitrogen for lead and lead-free soldering.

  • Hydrogen for high-lead and vacuum soldering.

  • Plasma soldering equipment for void-free and flux-free soldering.

• Thermal cycling such as ESS (environmental stress screen) and HALT (highly accelerated life testing) can be enhanced by the use of liquid nitrogen as a coolant. Liquid nitrogen’s low temperature and good heat transfer enables rapid cycling.
• Dry Precision Cleaning – BOC’s  Eco-Snow Systems (www.ecosnow.com) provides CO₂ precision surface process equipment and has an R&D clean room facility to conduct process qualification and testing for customer application development.
