We supply propellants for the full range of aerosol applications and can blend to meet customer’s exact specifications and pressure requirements. Our range of packaged and blended propellants includes:

• Hydrocarbon (propane/iso-butane, butane) Aerosol Propellants.
  • The standard Propel range: Propel 30, Propel 40, Propel 48, Propel 70 and Propel 110, in cylinders, drums and bulk.
  • A wide range of blended butane, iso-butane and propane aerosol propellants.
  • Other compositions and pressures to customer specifications.
• Pentanes – high quality iso-pentane, cyclo-pentane and n-pentane
  • Package sizes from sample cylinders to bulk containers
• Dimethyl Ether (DME) – An excellent solvent for resins and personal care products such as hairsprays. DME is popular with formulators due to:
  • Zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP).
  • Its potential to lower the Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) content of the aerosol.
• Hydrofluorocarbons – HFC134a, HFC152a and HFC227ea offering:
  • Low flammability and ease of handling.
  • Zero ODP and low VOC potential.
• Atmospheric Gases –  such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen and nitrous oxide for aerosol applications. They are:
  • Non-toxic.
  • Non-flammable.
  • Non-VOC.
• Blends – we have the capability to blend any number of these raw materials to your exact specification and pressures.
